DBA Membership Responsibilities
|
Members of the Desert Business Association agree to recognize, promote and honor gay and lesbian supportive businesses whenever possible. To that end, members agree to honor the DBA Standards of Business Conduct and Ethics as follows.
DBA Members conduct business with honesty, fairness and integrity with due respect for clients, customers and employees alike.
DBA Members do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, creed, national origin, age, disability, marital status, gender or sexual orientation.
DBA Members are accessible and accountable to clients, customers and employees. They make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes and correct misunderstandings.
DBA Members are responsible for truthful and non-deceptive advertising of business products and services.
DBA Members conduct business with strict adherence to the laws of the state where located and to pertinent business and professional codes of conduct in accordance with generally accepted business practices.
